  1. Well I still haven't 'lost' by the scales but I have lost an amazing 4cms from my waist and 0.5cm for my legs. My liver is playing up so that may be the reason for no difference in the scales or I could be putting on muscle. Its great to see my body slowly changing shape. (My jeans are loser - YAY!)

I should practice waht I preach, as i havnt meaasured myself for quite a few weeks, and no loss for me again this week, although I think I did pretty good to stay the same weight (72.4) seeing as Ive had a pretty tough week.

  4. only a small loss for me, 200grs (I might have just done a big wee!! LOL!!) soooooooo I only have 600grs to go now and am at my lowest weight since I was 23!! Have seen quiet a few ladies trying on their wedding dresses again on their blogs and FB over the past couple of weeks - I hope I never fit into mine again as I was 21kgs heavier at my wedding then I am today!! So my dress is staying packed away!!!
Way to go Nerrida, cms off is awesome and WTG Karen also, I think that my challenge will be to maintain my loss after I reach my goal, so maintaining is fantastic - good on u fro not losing ground ladies!!

  11. I have had a 'moment' just a few minutes ago. Its a warm day here today so I thought that I could go and 'try' my shorts on that I haven't fitted into for about 2-3 years AND THEY FIT! Yippee! And they are not tight at all - really comfy. My DD asked me where I got the new shorts from, when I said they were old and didn't fit me before, she said "wow, that's really good Mum" - big smiles.

  12. Hello ladies. I love .5 again this week. Not the .8 I made my goal but it seems .5 is what my body is happy with. I'm noticing a difference in my body. Some bras were giving me a bit of a backache and they aren't now so I must have lost a bit there. I haven't been measuring myself.
Thanks for keeping this site going. It's a bit help and encouragement. :-)

  13. That's half a kilo Dale - if you add 2 weeks together - thats a whole Kilo. Sounds great to me. Isn't it great to see and feel a difference - you feel like your getting somewhere and its encouraging.

  14. I have put my start weight in there girls. But its not coming up. My blog is a closed blog where you have to apply for access. Can the 5 kilos blog apply for access so it can show on the linky, and anyone else who would like to follow by extreme struggle can also apply. I just dont feel comfortable sharing this huge number with the world!!!!

  17. Well I weighed the same as what I did when I started. I seem to stay about the same give or take a few grams up or down (depends on time of day ect) but I have been doing 6k walks with a little jog thrown in. So....... Less food, more exercise for me!
    Cheers
    Mary
